"A great place to stay in edinburgh!"
We have just returned from our 4 nights stay from Oct 28 2006 at harbour apartments (the element), leith, edinburgh managed by scotish apartment (6, Queen street). It was a wonderful experience. The apartment was quite clean, well equipped & comfy, the staff were extremely warm, respnsive & helpful, the sea view was amazing with a peaceful and quiet surrounding, the free shutte service to the centre was a big plus and the complimentary wireless internet was another positive. A telephone or intercom in the room can add further value for foreign guests who dont have a local mobile. Otherwise everything was just perfect. We have been around quite alot and with experience of staying in more than 57 places in asia, africa, america, uk & europe, australia and middle east we must say that this place was a great value for the price paid. The management and staff should keep up the good job. judging from our experience we would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting edinburgh. We wish we had stayed longer....
