Emerald Guest House is a beautiful Victorian villa ideally located for touring the city or other parts of Scotland.

The property has recently been refurbished and upgraded to a high standard. Guests can choose from a selection of singe/twin/double and family bedrooms. The bedrooms all come with colour television and hospitality trays as standard. Many of the bedrooms also have full en-suite facilities.

The Emerald House is only a short bus ride to Princes Street, one of the world's most famous shopping boulevards. With its impressive range of smaller shops and department stores, Princes Street is almost guaranteed to leave you with tired feet and an empty wallet!

There is so much more to shopping in Edinburgh though, and we highly recommend you also take a walk up the Royal Mile and the Grassmarket area where there are many quaint and specialist shops waiting to be explored.

Emerald Guest House is ideally situated on a main bus route into the city centre and only 10 minutes from the city by-pass leading to all national routes.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* A full cooked breakfast in taken is the delightful dining conservatory. There is a good choice of breakfast and vegetarians are catered for.

* Guests are also welcome to relax in the residents lounge which lies adjacent to the dining-conservatory.
