Dunstane House Hotel originally started life as a private home in the nineteenth century. Sixteen rooms are designed in restful tones to put you instantly at ease, with lots of in-room facilities to help you feel right at home. The hotel's restaurant, The Skerries, brings a flavour of original home of Orkney to Edinburgh, as well as the freshest seafood and fish, finest Scottish meats and seasonal game. The Stanes Whisky Bar allows guests to sample the best of the distilleries of Scotland from the comfort of an armchair or grab a satisfying bite to eat.
